What's Your Choice

When you are a leader, you have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many people, but if you are comfortable with people in your company coming to work every day, doing the same mundane task for 5, 10, 15 years with no self-development, no inspiration and no sense of purpose, you are not a leader; you are an average manager at best.

Great leaders have the ability to build a leadership culture that cultivates great leaders throughout their organization. As a leader, irrespective of the organization's size or sector, you have to be fueled by people's success because when you become a leader, according to Jack Welch, success isn't about you; it's all about growing and inspiring people to become the very best version of themselves.

It's not about maintaining followers; it's all about cultivating and developing a new generation of great leaders; inspired and motivated to make a difference in the lives of people they are entrusted to serve.
