The greatest legacy anyone can leave behind is to positively impact the lives of others.
This is partly why we started a pension for my kids, with a small amount, at 4 years old, so that it will grow for them.
To me this extends to all “standard” measures of success such as how high one rises to in the organization. People make a difference at all levels and it’s the establishment of an environment that supports and recognizes these contributions that builds a motivated team to achieve the organization’s goals.
