When you are called to lead, you cannot think like a manager; it's incredibly important to know the distinction between the two because it will ultimately determine the difference you make in the lives of people you are entrusted to serve.
Leadership and management must go hand in hand; any effort to separate the two is likely to cause more problems than it solves. Still, they are not the same thing, and to become a great leader; requires developing a different mindset that will allow you to develop a culture of leadership in your company, which will allow you to lead your team and, by extension, your company to greatness.
