Inspirational leaders are incredibly passionate people that move beyond the reality of limited thinking. It's so important to create a culture where your people are inspired to create great ideas and where the dreamers are encouraged to dream big dreams. When you are working with someone who has a passion for their work, the feeling is so contagious; it makes you believe you can achieve anything.
I like the point about passionate leaders encouraging people to think beyond their limits instead of settling for familiar ideas. That kind of encouragement makes a real difference when learning something new. I get a small taste of that persistence from Crossy Road, a casual arcade game where I keep trying different moves, learn from mistakes, and feel motivated to beat my previous score.
