It's not a healthy way of living and growing. Perfectionism is a shield of 20 tons that many people put on themselves thinking that it will protect them, when in reality, what it does is prevent us from seeing ourselves as we really are and letting others see who we really are.
You don't need to be perfect to inspire others. Let people get inspired by how you deal with your imperfection.
