As a leader, create a culture where your people are inspired to create great ideas, where the dreamers are encouraged to dream big dreams. Live your purpose by serving others and continually inspire your team to lift the organization to a higher level of performance.

Agreed with the addition of the following: A higher level of performance to fulfill our personal vision will intersect with a higher level of service to fulfill our professional vision, if and when our personal and professional vision are in alignment with our highest purpose- our North Star.
