There’s power in a group of people who work together towards a shared goal. When leaders recognize that their team is the organization’s most valuable resource, great things will happen. This is what true support is all about because supported teams are successful teams, and leaders are only as successful as their teams.
Good leadership is about the caring of one another, lifting up successes, and giving a hand up to those who need it. It’s about integrity and being authentic for the benefit of others. Leadership is more about teammates than it is about the people that oversee them. Good leadership is elastic and far reaching. Good leadership is taking one for the team. Great leadership is about unity.
