Supported Teams Are Successful Teams

According to Simon Sinek, we are not a team because we work together. We are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other. There's power in a group of people who work together toward a shared goal. This is what true support is all about. Supported teams are successful teams, and leaders are only as successful as their teams.
