Poor Leadership


In order to create and maintain a thriving company, trust is an absolute must. It's counterproductive to hire the best talent and then limit their abilities. Great leaders understand that their team is the backbone of the business, and they need the freedom to do their best work, which is why they were chosen in the first place.


If you want to be a leader, give your team the space to work, create an environment free from the impediments of toxicity and witness significant growth in your company but, more importantly, in your team.

I am a leader who expects transparency, I don’t make phone calls because I’m vulnerable as a 74yo senior whose new on social media since January 2023.. so far I’ve been lied to, someone unknown to me got onto my IP without my permission, My Pension CalPers for California was Cybersecurity breached with all my information.. I’m skeptical anyone asking me to do something I have no knowledge off
