Poor Leadership

In order to create and maintain a thriving company, trust is an absolute must. It's counterproductive to hire the best talent and then limit their abilities. Great leaders understand that their team is the backbone of the business, and they need the freedom to do their best work, which is why they were chosen in the first place.

If you want to be a leader, give your team the space to work, create an environment free from the impediments of toxicity and witness significant growth in your company but, more importantly, in your team.

Wanting control in leadership doesn’t work! You need to embrace your ability to have trust in your team and know they will do what’s right for everyone! It may be risky, but it’s the ultimate way to build strong, capable leaders!

It is so true that leaders need to be able to let their people speak for themselves. It’s when the best ideas are developed.
