This is very important because it's never about fear, manipulation, or trying to force your will on anyone.

Not care about them when they want something done or when it suits their interest or purpose, but genuinely caring irrespective of the situation.

A caring leader is someone who has a genuine interest in others. They have a desire to build a relationship with their team, to know the people working with them, and to encourage everyone on their team to be the best they can be.
