How you treat people said a lot about you, and your leadership will be judged on how you inspire, influence, and motivate people. It has nothing to do with how much money you have or your position or your title; it has nothing to do with that. It's all about inspiring people to believe that they can achieve anything beyond their own limiting belief of themselves.
