Have you had the chance to work with a leader who can ignite a fire within you, making you excited to start your workday? I recently read a story about a moment at work where a team was facing a daunting project. The CEO sensed that the team needed some motivation and delivered an inspiring speech that left everyone feeling empowered. After just thirty minutes, the team left the room, ready to tackle the project with renewed vigor.
As the late Dr. Myles Munroe once said, true leaders have the power to transform a room of disheartened individuals into warriors. It's all about the power of transformation. In my experience, leaders who can inspire their team are rare. Many managers focus solely on achieving objectives, giving orders, and applying pressure to make sure they are met.
In many cases, managers can often drive businesses, but inspirational leaders separate average companies from great ones.
I’m off all social media for I’m overwhelmed.. GOD

I love what you’ve said about inspirational leadership and agree 100%, but I am curious to know if you think leaders can be taught to be inspirational?
