Fear-based leadership or management does not work; it may in the short term, but the quality of work will be average at best and never sustainable in the long run. It’s quite amazing that many people in management and leadership positions will resonate with creating an environment of fear to get their people to work.
I don’t understand it; all the research in the world has proven that fear-based leadership or management does not work; it may in the short term, but the quality of work will be average at best and never sustainable in the long run. Never settle for a toxic, fear-based organization; it’s not good for your professional development, health, and energy; there are many options out there; take advantage of all because you deserve better.

I in my own eyes of life in which case they are optimistic say that leaders are not born they are taught to be leaders. They show characteristics of leadership and those who are leaders themselves see this trait and they lead them down the road to become a leader. I have been told I am a leader from other individuals who are leaders. As I continue to live out my life I most definitely continue to learn what it's going to take me to be who I know I am.
