Caring leaders demonstrate a style of leadership that brings out the best in their team. But it needs to be inherent in the leader, not a part of their role. This is very important because it's never about fear, manipulation, or trying to force your will on people. A caring leader is someone who has a genuine interest in others. They have a desire to build a relationship with their team, to know the people working with them, and to encourage everyone on their team to be the best they can be.
