“I absolutely gain a lot of insight on how to be a better person and leader from reading this book. It was a great read.

Autism Awareness Month

As we entered Autism Awareness Month, we shed light on - Neurodiversity; it is the concept that there are many different variations of human functionality and that each and every variation needs to be better understood and respected. Recognizing and respecting differences in others, and treating everyone like you want them to treat you, will help make our world a better place for everyone.” – Kim Peek.

Many great leaders and inventors with ASD, like Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla, were trailblazers and difference-makers in the world. Autism has never stopped anyone from striving to reach their fullest potential. As a result, our team at Leadership First joins our worldwide community to raise awareness for autism and Asperger’s syndrome during this National Autism Awareness Month.

Leadership is all about people, and at Leadership First, we are committed to inspiring everyone to believe in the impossible.

Thank you, Tiana Thomas, for your great work and leading this initiative.
