Are you willing to sacrifice the numbers to save your people?
Sounds like those leaders in network marketing. The leaders are there at the beginning and when they rise to the top they no longer have time for those at the bottom.
I see this as oversimplified. There must be a balance depending on your industry lest there be no business left and in turn no one to lead.
