As the leader, make it a priority to appreciate your team, appreciate their commitment to helping the organization navigate these troubled waters, value their contributions, and, most importantly, thank them for their excellent service.

Some leaders take these things for granted but believe me, your employees will feel valued. Leadership is all about people, the little things make a huge difference, and the organizations that get it are the ones that ultimately succeed.

When we take the time to let people know that we value them, it inspires them to continue doing even more, which is why as a leader, you don’t inspire your team by showing them how amazing you are. You inspire them by showing them how amazing they are.
