Good leaders are, by definition, those with a positive purpose, goal and vision and they focus their attention on reaching their future desired state with the support of those that they help to develop.
Bad leaders, or just 'persons in position of leadership' are also focussed on their purpose, goals and vision but, often times, are driven by selfish desire which acts to the destruction of others.
