It takes great leadership to build a great team, and great companies operate best and with the most longevity when employees work with a team mentality. Leaders must know their team, understand how they are wired because this will allowed everyone to fully commit to the attainment of the organization’s purpose and vision, but more importantly, to help each person become the very best version of themselves.
