People will follow you if they understand what you want, see how they fit into the scheme of things and buy into your ideas.


If they understand what you want, your communications have been clear.


If they see how they fit into your plans, this means they have been able to visualise the implications of their future state.


Finally, if they have bought into your ideas this means they trust you to support and enhance their well-being.
