Some time ago, I read a story about a manager who was shouting at one of his service staff horribly in full view of everyone (customers and staff) just because the guy was late to report to him. Trying to plead his case to justify why he was late, the manager continued his verbal abuse to the astonishment of many people.
How you treat people said a lot about you, and your leadership will be judged on how you inspire, influence, and motivate your people. It has nothing to do with how much money you have or your position or title; it has nothing to do with that. It's all about inspiring people to believe that they can achieve anything beyond their own limiting belief of themselves.
According to Inky Johnson, anybody who has direct contact with people daily, that's an opportunity to change someone's life. Don't ever pass up a chance to be of encouragement to other people, don't ever pass up an opportunity to inspire someone because the more you make sure that somebody else's life is okay, God will always make sure your life is okay.
